Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a contract, or a promise of a position. Agents who join operate as independent contractors and receive a Form 1099, not employees. There is no salary, no hourly wage, no guaranteed income, and no employment benefits unless separately agreed in writing.

4. No income guarantee

Compensation is commission-only. Any figures, ranges, timeframes, tiers, or examples shown on this site or discussed on a call are illustrative and are not a guarantee, promise, or projection of what you will earn. Results depend entirely on your effort, skill, licensing status, hours worked, market conditions, and factors outside anyone's control. Many agents earn less than the examples shown. Some earn nothing.

5. Licensing is your responsibility

You must hold, or obtain, an active life insurance producer license in your resident state before soliciting or selling any insurance product. Pre-licensing course fees, state exam fees, licensing fees, and continuing education costs are your responsibility and are paid to your state and course provider, not to us. We may point you to resources, but we do not guarantee you will pass an exam or be granted a license.

6. Not insurance advice or a solicitation

This site does not offer, solicit, or sell any insurance product to consumers, and nothing here is insurance, tax, legal, or financial advice. Insurance products are underwritten by the issuing carrier and are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations of the individual policy. Product availability, features, and rates vary by state and are not guaranteed.

7. Not affiliated with any government agency

Pinnacle Life Group is an independent insurance agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency.

8. Booking a call

Seats on the opportunity call are limited and offered at our discretion. We may reschedule or cancel a session, and we may decline or cancel a booking for any lawful reason. You agree to provide accurate information when booking. Do not share the meeting link, meeting ID, or passcode with anyone who has not booked.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Do not scrape, copy, or republish site content without written permission
• Do not disrupt, record without consent, or interfere with the call or other attendees
• Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity

The Pinnacle Life Group name, logo, site design, copy, video, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share links to the site. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

The site links to services we do not control, including our scheduling provider and Zoom. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
